bijali Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the bijali platform and its users. bijali is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. The platform offers slots, live casino, cricket betting, multi bet and many other gaming options.

These terms apply at all times — regardless of the device or means through which you use bijali, whether a web browser or mobile app. bijali reserves the right to update the existing terms at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the page.

All bijali services are strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older. 21+ Registration and use of an account by minors is completely prohibited. If any such account is identified, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bijali, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must register with your correct and complete information — providing false or incomplete details is prohibited.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• The mobile number and email provided during registration must belong to the user personally.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If the same individual or multiple members of the same household operate more than one account using the same device, IP address or payment method, bijali reserves the right to suspend or cancel all such accounts. Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

Identity Verification

bijali may request identity verification from a user at any time. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended and the withdrawal process may be delayed. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail our commitment to keeping your information secure.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bijali account login details — username, password and OTP — completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the bijali support team immediately. The support team is available 24/7 in Bengali and English via live chat and email. If you share your account details with a third party yourself and any loss results from that, bijali will not be held responsible.

4.2 Password Protection

Use a strong password and change it regularly. Avoid using passwords that are easy to guess. If you log in from a public or shared device, always end your session before leaving.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bijali is ৳500. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Bank transfers can be made through major commercial banks in Bangladesh including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. Funds deposited into the account must come only from the registered member's own sources — deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous sources are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are made through the same method used for the deposit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.

5.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error or an issue with the payment provider, bijali will take appropriate action after proper verification. Contact the support team for any such issues.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at bijali, you can receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you ৳1,500 in bonus and your balance becomes ৳2,500; before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

6.2 Other Offers

bijali has various regular offers for active members:

• Weekly bijali Reload Reward: 30% bonus on deposits of ৳500 or more, up to ৳9,000; 18x wagering required.
• bijali Slot Festival Bonus: 50% bonus on deposits in the slots section, up to ৳12,000; 22x wagering required.
• Cricket Season Deposit Offer: 40% bonus on deposits for cricket section bets, up to ৳8,000; 20x wagering required.
• bijali Birthday Special Gift: Registered members receive up to ৳2,000 during their birthday month; 10x wagering required.
• Refer a Friend bijali Gift: Up to ৳3,000 for each successful referral; 12x wagering required.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

Accepting a bonus is optional. A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met. bijali reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.

Game and Betting Rules

7.1 General Rules of Play

All games on the bijali platform are operated by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.). Each game has its own rules and results are determined according to those rules. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, bijali will settle it according to the game records.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market and are shown in the game interface. bijali reserves the right to change these limits for special events or circumstances.

7.3 Disputed Game Results

Any question or objection regarding a game result must be raised with the support team within 72 hours. bijali retains server records of all games, and in case of a dispute those records will be treated as the final evidence.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bijali platform:

• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform or any attempt at money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent of misusing bonuses.
• Using software or scripts to place bets or play games automatically.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Conducting any activity using another user's identity or information.
• Impersonating bijali staff or making fraudulent communications.

Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by bijali

bijali may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence of false information provided during registration.
• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• A court or regulatory authority has issued an order.

9.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the support team. Before closure, all active bets must be settled and any eligible balance must be withdrawn. Limitation of Liability

bijali makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however bijali will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Problems with a game or bet caused by loss of internet connection.
• Disruption to a game due to a fault on the part of a third-party software provider.
• Financial loss arising from the user's own negligence or errors in providing information.
• Events beyond our control (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government restrictions, etc.).

Gaming carries risk. Users play at their own discretion and bijali is not responsible for their financial decisions. We advise everyone to game responsibly and within their means.

Privacy of Personal Information

bijali collects and uses users' personal information in operating its platform. How this information is collected, where it is stored, how long it is retained and in what circumstances it may be shared with third parties — all of these matters are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

User information is kept secure through SSL encryption technology. bijali does not sell personal information for marketing purposes or to third parties.

Changes to Terms and Contact

12.1 Right to Make Changes

bijali may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify registered users by email or through the platform. However, continuing to use the platform after changes have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
